Purpose of personal data processing
The purpose of the processing is to manage the customer relationship, to implement the rights and obligations of the customer and the data controller, and to process personal data in accordance with the Finnish Personal Data Act for purposes related to online services, research activities, advertising and/or direct marketing of the data controller and/or its partners based on customer data through the media and services of the data controller, without disclosing personal data to external parties.
Data content of the register
The register may contain the following information about customers: Name, Email address, Phone number, Street adress, Organization and status, Address information of the organization, and Connection log.
Register data sources
The register is compiled from Lehtovaara Lab Oy’s customer information system and generally available data sources.
Data transfers
The registrar does not hand over customers’ personal data to outsiders, except when required by Finnish authorities.
Data deletion
Information can be deleted at the person’s request or due to the end of the customer relationship.
Principles of registry protection
Personal information is kept confidential. The data network and hardware of the data controller and its potential IT partners, on which the data file is located, are protected by a firewall and other necessary technical measures.
