Ordering
You can place an order in our online store by adding the products you want to the shopping cart. If you want more information about the products, send an inquiry by e-mail to info@labmusicstore.com. At the moment, we only deliver orders to EU countries.
If there are changes in the product, price or availability information after placing the order, we will then contact the person who made the order.
Delivery methods
We primarily use the Finnish postal service Posti Oy to deliver orders.
Delivery time
The products that can be ordered from the online store can be found in stock, unless the delivery time has been specified separately. In most cases, the order processing time is 0-3 business days.
Delivery charges
Delivery and handling costs depend on the chosen delivery method, product size, and delivery address. We do not deliver outside the EU at this moment.
Payment methods
At the moment, we can accept credit / debit card payments, and Pay Pal. Payments are processed by Pakettikauppa.fi (owned by Posti Oy), and Pay Pal.
Returns and Refunding
All products ordered from the online store have a 14-day right of return from the delivery date. Please, contact info@labmusicstore.com for instructions.
The products must be returned in their original packaging in the same condition as when they were delivered. Include the order number, your contact information and your bank account number with the return, and we will refund the price of the product when the products have arrived. We cannot refund some tried products for hygiene reasons.
Warranty
All products have two-year warranty unless otherwise stated.
Defects or any other damage caused by careless or inappropriate treatment of the goods, improper installation, the use of unsuitable accessories or changes made to the original parts by the customer or a third party not commissioned by Lehtovaara Lab Oy are not covered by the warranty.
